General Correspondence

Congratulations to Kim Watt (President) and David Jaques (Treasurer) of our now member driven board.  

Our heart felt appreciation goes out to these two for stepping up and taking on the responsibility of looking after all our affairs.  It's a lot of work to step in and establish the new norm.  Bruce McDow will continue to contribute as Vice President during this first year. His experience will be of great assistance during this transition.  As soon as we get the minutes of the meeting, they will be posted on this site under "Meetings."

The new Board will need time to collect and familiarize themselves with all the historic information and implement new procedures.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, please write to "contact@loonpoint.ca" and the Board will respond.

2025/08/17 - Reporting a Fire

When reporting a fire please specify whether the address is a Unit # or a Civic #.  Please use civic numbers if it has been assigned.

Eventually all units will be sold and only civic numbers will be used.  In the meantime, some civic #’s can duplicate unit #’s causing confusion and delays getting to the fire.
